Habitat for Humanity

G3 participates in annual Habitat for Humanity builds, where we volunteer to build houses for underprivileged communities in our area.

Cluster Elementary School STEM and Science Nights

G3 attended STEM or science nights at every elementary school in the Midtown cluster. We showcased our competition robot and led STEM activities for children to engage with.

Special Education Classroom Visits

G3 hosts monthly STEM lessons in our school’s special education classrooms. These lessons introduce the students to our team and help them discover a passion for STEM. Regular involvement in Midtown special education is an important part of integrating students with special needs onto our team, and at these lessons, we encourage students to try out for the team the following school year.

Adaptive Maker Faire

We host an Adaptive Maker Faire at our school, where students have a chance to drive our robot and explore STEM and sensory activities. These activities are specially designed to work with children’s sensory, communicative, and mobility needs. The event is also an opportunity to train team members in working with children with special needs.

Pride Parade

G3 marched in the Atlanta Pride Parade, the largest pride event in the Southeast, to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and champion belonging, visibility, and a spirit of community.
